"Dr. Lisa" Bull is a licensed Chiropractor serving Elkland, Lawrenceville, Knoxville, Westfield, Wellsboro, Mansfield and other surrounding communities. Dr. Lisa is dedicated to freeing people from pain and promoting optimal health and well-being of her patients.
Dr. Lisa was born in Wellsville, New York and graduated from Bolivar-Richburg Central High School. After high school, she completed her undergraduate studies at the State University of New York Fredonia where she earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with minors in Biology, Public Health, and Communications. Dr. Lisa then went on to earn her Doctorate of Chiropractic degree from D'Youville College of Chiropractic in Buffalo, NY. While attending Chiropractic College, she accompanied her training with several additional technique courses and specialized training certifications. Dr. Lisa earned her National Board Certification in 2011.
In August of 2011, Dr. Lisa opened the Bull Family Chiropractic office in Elkland, PA. In August 2015 Bull Family Chiropractic expanded it practice to include the Wellsboro office. Dr. Lisa continues to actively practice in both locations
Dr. Lisa uses a holistic healing approach, looking for underlying disturbances or interferences (which may or may not be causing symptoms) and making whatever interventions and lifestyle adjustments that would optimize the conditions for normal function. Using this unique approach, Dr. Lisa is able to help her patients hasten and/or maintain their journey to good health. She has extensive training with patients from infants to geriatrics, pregnant women, work related injuries, and workman's compensation cases.
Dr. Lisa's passion for Chiropractic care arose from exposing herself in patient care through widespread shadowing prior to her enrollment in Chiropractic College, and she has taken the initiative to attend many outside seminars to keep current in the field of Chiropractic.
Dr. Lisa is an active member of the American Chiropractic Association (ACA) and the Pennsylvania Chiropractic Association (PCA). In her personal life, she enjoys spending time with her husband Chris and two children, running, hiking, and participating in various outdoor activities.

Dr. Brittany grew up in the local area and graduated from Jasper-Troupsburg Central school in the top 10% of her class. She is the daughter of four parents including Ray and Diana Seeley of Troupsburg NY, Ray works as a forklift operator at Metamora and Diana is a math teacher at Jasper-Troupsburg High School, as well as Shannon and Kyle Bell, Shannon works in the office of ElectriCord and Kyle is a past manager of ElectriCord. In high school Dr. Brittany was highly active in her local FFA chapter and 4H program. She completed two degrees for her undergraduate work which include an Applied Associates of Science in Veterinary Technology from SUNY Delhi and a Bachelor's of Science degree in Animal Science from SUNY Cobleskill where she graduated top of her program. During the summers and holidays of her undergraduate work you could find her working at the Westfield Big M (currently known as TOPS) and the Home Comfort restaurant.
Dr. Brittany traveled and lived in Spartanburg SC for 3 ½ years where she studied and completed her Doctorate of Chiropractic at Sherman College of Chiropractic. While living in Spartanburg she developed a passion for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and in this class she met her husband Reid. She has not only trained but has also competed in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu claiming an international gold at the IBJJF in Atlanta in 2014 for adult female white belt super heavy weight (competing 2 weight classes above her size).
While being at Sherman College, Dr. Brittany was able to do an internship at SouthEast Sports and Rehabilitation where along with adjusting she learned to assess functional movement, functional movement taping, and myofascial/soft tissue work. Dr. Brittany developed a great passion for functional movement because it is a value for all people. While many believe it to be sports oriented it actually aids in great results for injury rehabilitation and prevention for daily life. She has had the greatest passion to work with the hard working blue collar families and athletes,, especially high school and college to promote longevity in sports and job performance. She has certifications in taping, myofascial work, and functional movement.
Dr. Brittany’s passion for chiropractic arose at the end of her undergraduate work where she learned it could be practiced on humans and animals. She plans to seek more knowledge on animal chiropractic in order to work with racetrack horses among other animals in the near future. She is very excited to be back in the area to serve the community that she was raised in as well as show the area youth that you can do big things with a small town background. She has a big passion for small town America and preserving the lifestyle, common courtesy, and patience that she was raised in. It takes a village, and she is thankful to now be back and an active part of that village.
